These are the best! Tasty...not too sweet....spices are just right! Hot from the oven...add a square or two of dark chocolate and spread as it melts over the top...or a sprinkle of powdered sugar to decorate. I can't remember a more satisfying and delicious dessert.

I find Hodgson Whole Wheat Gingerbread Mix to be Tasty, Full Bodied and Hardy with a Rich Ginger Taste. My family was very upset when we could no longer find the product in the local supermarkets.The ability to obtain it thru Amazon.com was a lifesaver. It was also an easy and pleasant experiance.
